Duties:
- Greets incoming/ outgoing customer & lead calls
- Provides brief introduction of our services to leads
- Answers multiple phone lines; directs calls and takes messages as needed
- Schedule lead appointments for salespeople
- Track and log various data information based on daily call volume
- Monitor multiple lead generating campaigns to retrieve new lead information and contact new leads to schedule for services
- Overcome scheduling objections
- Collects customer information to enter into Company database
- Makes follow-up appointments for customers
- Contacts “bumped” customers and reschedule appointments as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Aggressive appointment setter.
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Organized work from home area with uninterrupted work schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
