ACR is looking to hire a Conference Room Audio Visual/Office Services Technician to support the Operations department.
Supporting day-to-day operations of the conference rooms including responding to conference room requests and work order tickets regarding internal meeting requests and building related requirements, monitoring conference room calendars, providing audiovisual and related equipment setups and breakdowns, streaming for remote sites and staff during all staff meetings, troubleshooting audiovisual issues, providing meeting support after hours and on weekends, as needed.
Additional responsibilities include: coordinating and monitoring security badge access, maintaining security database, serving as floor monitor liaison in support of building emergency responses, assisting Building Engineer with general maintenance and repair, assisting with office moves/changes, overtime HVAC scheduling, light bulb and ballast replacements and miscellaneous facility support as time permits.
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years of technical office experience
Experience managing audio & visual equipment
Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Advanced Audiovisual, PC and Microsoft Office skills
Crestron Certifications and the ability to program Crestron AV equipment a plus
