The Analyst will have a thorough understanding of technical aspects of the HRIS system and understand project lifecycle, how to identify issues, propose reasonable solutions, and the context in which the project falls within the group and overall organization. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions as it relates to the subject matter. Manage internal customer relationships while maintaining reasonable expectations. Incumbent must be able to produce high quality results while working on multiple projects simultaneously. Should be highly organized and possess strong analytical skills to ensure that problems can be effective resolved. Analyst is expected to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks.
The following is a summary of the major functions of this individual's job. He or she may perform other duties, as assigned, both major and minor. These duties are subject to change.
Develop, maintain, design, write technical specifications, and document modifications to HRIS system.
Perform test case development, user acceptance testing, and implementing quality controls.
Partner with Human Resources to develop, test, and implement innovation solutions to support users.
Responsible for doing coding and retrofitting the code as per system requirements.
Supports fit-gap analysis and provides technical design knowledge and solutions.
Provide continuous support to the end users by completing all service requests entered in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborates with Functional Analyst to identify issues experienced by end users. Also works with Functional Analyst to communicate resolutions to the customer.
Demonstrates business analysis skills, including documentation, system testing, and user testing.
Assess how to technically implement new or changing business requirements within the Workday application.
Supports vendor carrier files including development and troubleshooting.
Has strong technical knowledge of Workday.
Confirms project or enhancement objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements.
Improves systems and processes by studying current practices; defining modifications.
Prepares the required documents in accordance with BHS programming standards, policies and procedures.
Participates in project teams, special projects and other tasks as assigned by designated team leader.
Promotes corporate integrity through compliance with the BHS Corporate Compliance Program.
Must maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects.
