As a Customer Experience Operations Associate, you will be part of the team launching and scaling our customer experience organization from the ground up. You’ll play a unique role launching and improving our operations and systems to support our sales, customer service, and fulfillment teams, across the span of multiple products and many geographies.

You have the ability to get stuff done, while managing stakeholders, analyzing key business drivers, devising and rolling out process, and interface with senior leadership understand the company’s financial model and strategic goals, while also being an adept operator.

Ideally, you have experience in developing requirements for technology systems for an e-commerce, retail, and/or other technology business.

Partner with sales, customer service, fulfillment, and company leadership to establish and implement meaningful processes that can provide step-change operational improvements
Lead efforts to monitor and improve our performance through partnership with management to drive improved individual contributor performance - and break down walls to get there
Work with members of product, marketing, engineering, and data science to develop and implement new tools, processes, and systems
We’re excited about you because...
You have 6-8+ years across roles in consulting, investment banking, product management, sales operations, or other roles
You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with SQL, and knowledge of other data analysis tools(Looker, Tableau, etc)
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with an Executive team
You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth
You are located in PHX and are willing to travel twice monthly to other operational hubs while we scale operations
Above all else you are bright, kind and goal-oriented
