Location for this position is flexible. This is an individual contributor role and candidates must have proven success selling HR Products and/or Software Solutions to the C-Suite is mandatory.

  • Minimum seven plus years sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving quota, selling Human Resources Software or Solutions to the HR Executive Suite
  • Experience selling business value at the C-level. A track record of selling to the CHRO/ Compensation and Benefits Directors.
  • Experience selling successfully to Fortune 500 customers.
  • Consistent record of exceeding at least $1m recurring or equivalent quota in past positions.
