As a Human Resources Administrative Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting administrative investigations and gathering evidence to support cases. Your duties will include:
· Conduct independent, objective administrative investigations, including developing interview questions, investigation plans, document plan and collection of documents, review, and analysis of evidence, and prepare reports of investigations, etc.
· Assist or lead activities in support of developing, or establishing, or maintaining a department-wide administrative investigations program such as, policy or template drafting, sufficiency reviews of investigator files/reports, training of staff, etc.
