Job Title: Operations Supervisor

CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead team activities to ensure receiving objectives are accomplished in a safe, timely and cost effective manner according to specification (Year round activities include: Cranberry Harvest, Upgrade and Bin Repair)
Effectively train, develop, coach and appraise team members. Direction to seasonal and fulltime employees
Develop, monitor and report on operating measures including general business, quality, safety, operator performance, equipment, etc. Ensure effective results
Coordinate daily scheduling of the upgrade, bin repair and harvest crews
Develop, coordinate and oversee paperwork flow of the Upgrade/Bin Repair/Harvest process
Monthly reporting oversight administration (ADP Payroll accountability, Quality & Food Safety
Perform and coordinate off season maintenance, grower services and or other projects as assigned
Environmental, Health & Safety Awareness and Reporting – Accident Reporting/Investigation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Associates Degree
2 - 4 years
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
Preferred
