Full Job Description
Act as the customer engagement liaison for a DoD enterprise organization. Fulfill functional and business requirements for O365 applications. Interface with all levels within the client organization and leverage expertise in communication. Assist with the agile development life cycle, including capturing requirements, converting requirements into documents that can be developed into solutions and supporting users of delivered work products. Analyze customer data collected through multiple sources and documents findings for business managers to make informed decisions. Coordinate and incorporate activities from internal and external stakeholders to drive business and clients’ goals, while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
5+ years of experience with providing project deliverables to federal clients
Experience with customer relationship management for onboarding users to an O365 system
Active Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Experience with CRM tools, including the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
Experience with Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
