Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as maintain all the files, both physical and electronic for The Harbor House Inn. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of Petty Cash and Cash on Hand balances, receiving and payments of cash, as well as the final reconciliation of all restaurant receipts. This position will support the Executive Chef and General Manager with any additional tasks needed.
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of Petty Cash and Cash on Hand balances
- Final reconciliation of all restaurant receipts
- Maintain all files, both physical and electronic
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Clerical skills, including maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or Receptionist is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
