In this role, you have the opportunity to represent the ICAP business unit in North America to lead and solve product support issues (escalations) with the goal to improve customer experience. You are responsible for

Focus on technical support to the regional service organizations in relation to their installed base of the products.
Providing professional support and guidance to regional customer service teams using your networking, windows, security and product knowledge.
Collaborating with the market for better customer experience by providing workaround, configuration or workflow changes
Focus on hospital IT integration aspects, i.e. networking, security, scalability, availability, etc.
Participate during Service Exchange Experience Meetings, training- and education sessions.
Understand the market/customer need and channelize the information to BIU for better product development and support
You are a part of our global team, which is catering to an installed base of thousands of customers with the aim to improve customer experience by providing timely support for BIU escalations. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the realization of our vision with passion and professionalism. Your success will be determined by your ability to answer our customer’s needs effectively and efficiently with state-of-the-art approaches and methodologies that support their continuous performance.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Technical experience with DICOM, Advanced visualization application knowledge, Networking, VM, Remote trouble shooting
Trouble shooting – experience with troubleshooting large scale healthcare products
Fundamental knowledge of CT, MR and NM is an added advantage
Customer focused and result oriented in working seamlessly with L1 & L2, Clinical teams, R&D and whatever it takes to do timely troubleshooting understanding the customer temperature and criticality
Ability and passion to work along with global team
Familiarity with healthcare large scale products
Experience working in regulated environment – processes, work instructions FDA requirements, etc…
Intellispace Software Installation & Support , Concerto knowledge is preferred
