```Duties```
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate and assist with various projects as assigned
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
-Help with flow of patients to different doctors and equipment stations
-Work 3.5 days per week. Never weekends or holidays.
-Follow up with marketing leads
