Dart Container is on the search for our next Enterprise Client Systems Engineer to help manage over 8,000 user PCs across our global organization. In this role, you will use cutting-edge technology to manage client devices. We'll need you to be creative and put your expert problem-solving skills to the test in developing automation and in keeping our devices healthy.
Develop and maintain client configurations using SCCM
Develop and maintain the management infrastructure for mobile devices using InTune
Maintain and support a secure Citrix infrastructure
Establish and maintain appropriate client and software deployments via SCCM and Citrix
Design and implement software packaging and anti-virus strategies for end-point systems
Collaborate with I.T. Security to establish and implement end user security settings
Collaborate with support teams to develop and optimize OS deployment and automated build processes
Monitor the performance of managed systems, take appropriate action for critical issues and develop long term recommendations for recurring issues
Diagnose SCCM desktop deployment issues and perform root cause analysis
Create and maintain documentation relative to configuration, processes, disaster recovery, and service records
Perform research on relevant technology products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the industry
Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal Senior Enterprise Client Systems Engineer must possess all of the following:
Requires one of the following:
Associate’s degree with an emphasis in information technology or related field of study and three (3) years of I.T. experience with Windows management, OR
High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of I.T. experience with Windows management
Five (5) years of experience in the use of software deployment tools and methods
Five (5) years of experience working with active directory, group policies, Microsoft System Center and WMI
Three (3) years of experience performing systems management using PowerShell
Three (3) years of experience in the use and support of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop
Three (3) years of experience in the use of VMWare including the use of snapshots and workstation provisioning
Experience identifying and resolving operating system and application software issues
Experience conducting research across a wide range of computing areas
Experience conducting queries and manipulating data from SQL, WMI, and Active Directory
The ideal Mid-level Enterprise Client Systems Engineer must possess all of the following:
Requires one of the following:
Associate’s degree with an emphasis in information technology or related field of study and one (1) year of IT experience with Windows management, OR
High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of IT experience with Windows management
Three (3) years of experience in the use of software deployment tools and methods
Three (3) years of experience working with active directory, group policies, System Center and WMI
One (1) year of experience performing systems management using PowerShell
Ability to conduct research across a wide range of computing areas
Ability to query and manipulate data from SQL, WMI, and Active Directory
Ability to identify and resolve operating system and application software issues
One (1) year of Citrix experience preferred

Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, not interrupting at inappropriate times
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail
Up to 5% domestic travel
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
Availability to be on call 24/7
Additional work hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call as required
