When selecting our team, we are looking for two main factors: technical skills and customer service. We seek stylists/barbers with experience with men's grooming and the ability to perform a great fade. They should also be confident with their clippers and shears. We also look for individuals with great personalities who are drama-free and can talk with and relate to their clients and co-workers.
We are looking to fill both part-time and full-time positions. Full-time employees will need to have flexible availability and be able to work nights and weekends.

*$2000 sign-on bonus is only available to stylists/barbers with a full-time, fully flexible schedule. Part-time and restricted schedules are eligible to receive a $1000 bonus.
