WHAT IS THE JOB?
As an Associate, Retail Operations for our retail shops, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of retail operations. This is a corporate position where you will work closely with store operations associates, store managers, and other team members to improve and maintain our high customer service levels and optimize operational processes. You will use critical thinking and creative solutions to troubleshoot, solve and remedy any inventory or system related issues. You will maintain our brand standards, identify ways to improve our operational processes, and continue to support the growth of stores and other channels of the business. Most of your time will be spent behind a computer and/or phone. You will become proficient in our systems, ShipHero and Shopify, and a critical partner for our store teams. This is a salary non-exempt position.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

Responsible for prompting cycle count lists, producing variances, and completing variance adjustments for all stores.

Responsible for coordinating, prompting, and adjusting sale cycle counts.

Order management + follow up with stores + assist with clean up:

Web Orders
- PO Orders
-
Old EOS + OVS orders
- Manage daily exchange adjustments needed from POS transactions.

Re-tag communication to stores + determine timeline it can be completed based on current ops priorities. Communicate the timeframe to Merch + Web and then communicate when all stores complete for Shopify updates.

- Tickets - Hold, Paid, Alterations

Be "on call" during the workday to respond to any urgent store operation needs and quickly act towards resolution.

Attend bi-monthly operations calls.

Assist with yearly store physical inventory preparation and week of travel.

Continually work to improve efficiency of processes and create consistent execution across all stores.
