As the Marketing Manager, you’ll proactively develop and manage marketing initiatives to support business objectives including sales support, customer retention, and advance brand building. You’ll help build a scalable environment from the ground up while working closely with internal stakeholders in developing innovative, creative and effective strategies.

How You’ll Be Successful
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders while standardizing & leveraging the right internal processes
Develop business cases for marketing programs and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives
Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies and vendors
Manage marketing activities with respect to marketing campaigns, media, advertising and full trade show management
Lead the evolution of the MHS presence through the design and content management while partnering with external vendors
Manage brand identity assets including brand standards and visual identity
Work closely with business development and other functional leaders to create marketing plans and projects for new and existing products and initiatives

Your Experience & Education
B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, communications or related field
5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe
