If you have CNC experience, specifically on Lathes, we are looking for you! Located in the beautiful city of Redmond, OR, our company is currently seeking a responsible, hard-working employee who can critically think and problem solve to operate one or more CNC lathes and other special purposes machines. We are looking for someone with a meticulous eye for detail and who takes quality very seriously.
Prior machining experience not necessary, we will train the right person but some manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude is a must. We have both day and swing shift openings. Work week alternates weekly between 3 or 4 days (11 hours); either Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed with Wed alternating on/off. Wage is $23 - $30, DOE/ depending on experience (swing gets a 9% differential on top of that wage). Swing shift hours are 4:15pm - 3:45am. Day shift is 5am-4:30pm.
We start the training process Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm until fully trained, then will transfer to one of the above schedules. Once moved to the swing shift, a 9% differential will be added to the hourly wage.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Inspect and measure machined work pieces and make appropriate adjustments to ensure conformance to specifications.
· Basic math functions.
· File, sand, or shape machined parts.
· Replace worn machine accessories such as cutting tools or brushes.
· Stand for up to 12-hour shifts.
· Ensure cutting fluid is flowing through all nozzles and directed in such a way as to keep the machining chamber clear of chip build-up.

Salary and benefits offered:
This position starts at $23 - $30/hr., depending on experience. Health benefits offered first of the month after 60 days, with additional benefits offered after 90 days.
