Conduct hospital visits to conduct assessment and gather health data from older adults who are using an android based application. Enroll test patients, assist patients and their caregivers in using the system, monitor data reports and alerts, and cross-check for accuracy. You will be asked to track system use, data delivery timelines and accuracy, report viewing, alert delivery, alert timeliness and accuracy, patient use of health care resources, disease management and preventable events. Nursing student who has had gerontology clinical experience preferred. Flexible hours needed.

Position Duties

Position Qualifications

Nursing student who has had gerontology clinical experience preferred. Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) preferred.

Work Hours

Exact schedule to be determined with supervisor; no more than 20 hours per week when school is in session and no more than 35 hours per week during breaks.
