Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose:
The VP, PP Credit Portfolio Leader will align closely with the client team and be responsible for driving IT solutions to meet client growth, productivity and compliance objectives. This leader will also provide IT leadership, client relationship, program management, vendor management, prioritization, and functional expertise for our retail partner. It will be essential that this leader has strong influencing skills, prior experience managing complex programs as well as a collaborative approach to building relationships in a cross-functional team environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
Provides vision, leadership, and strategy to drive IT programs related to the portfolio
Partner with key stakeholders, including client IT leaders, developers, architects and other stakeholders, to shape business requirements and provide ongoing communication through project execution
Identifies new opportunities to drive growth and integration
Strong analytical and technical skill set used to drive requirements, testing and production validation.
Gains knowledge of the partners technical environment and processes
Responsible for wing to wing delivery of client aligned initiatives, including issue resolution and budget management
Ensures process rigor and adherence to program methodology standards, including all required project and client documentation is updated accordingly
Financial planning and ownership of client program budget
Weekly project dashboard review to ensure execution & measure results
Work closely with other client project management teams to create programs across clients where applicable; ensures best practice sharing across multiple clients
Develops, maintains, and ensures compliance of application release management, outage management and change control processes and standards.
Creates, communicates, and manages the project plans and other required project documentation and provides updates as necessary. Maintains project documentation, including project charter, requirements, conceptual design, test plans, schedules, and presentations
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
10+ years of Consumer Credit & Consumer Lending experience.
Hands-on experience in both agile and water-fall development methodologies
Hands-on experience with project management tools: PlanView, JIRA, ALM, MS Project
Experience managing teams of project managers
Excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate with other leaders to achieve cooperative global results
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal direction
Expertise to clearly define complex issues despite incomplete or ambiguous information
Ability to shepherd multiple concurrent priorities to completion without significant guidance.
Superior oral, written, and client communication skills, as well as the ability to manage expectations of the business, clients, team members, management and external groups.
Demonstrated ability to develop team members and grow leaders within an organization.
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of IT experience
Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience driving a rigorous program across large financial services or technology businesses.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
