Civil Clothing Inc. in Torrance is seeking a Studio Retoucher to join the Marketing Team. As a Studio Retoucher you will work directly with the Studio Manager to provide support to the Marketing Team and you will be responsible for various tasks across the marketing and studio departments. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time with or without notice. Duties including but not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Oversee and edit/ retouch all ecommerce and social media studio photo content
● Work with the studio team from Civil Regime and Darc Sport to make sure all assets have been properly edited according to brand guidelines
● Responsible for product background replacements
● Responsible for color correcting product photos
● Product flat lay photos for both Civil Regime and Darc Sport
● 5+ years of lay flat garment photography experience required*
● 5+ years of fashion ecommerce experienced required*
● Studio photo experience required*
● Experience with Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom classic required*
● Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace and under pressure environment
● Comfortable working on a computer for long periods of time
● Ability to communicate and work well with co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
● Strong attention to detail
Education and Experience:
● High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred, related certificate helpful
● 5+ years experience in e-Comm and Marketing
● A deep understanding and passion in the apparel industry
● Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment
● Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities
● Self-starter, eager to contribute by going the extra mile to succeed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.22 - $25.56 per hour
