We are seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent(s) to join our team! You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, leading and supervising all construction activities on the jobsite.
The ideal candidate will bring the following value to our team:
- 10+ years of experience in the role as a Construction Superintendent for a general contractor on commercial and/or multi-family projects
- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus but not required
- Willingness to be assigned to remote projects as needed
- Strong leadership and communication qualities
- Strong integrity
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong technical knowledge of construction
- Experienced with working with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Understanding of the commercial construction process - submittals, RFI's, owner meetings, safety standards, schedules, etc.
