The Consumer Insights Analyst supports the Consumer Insights Manager by performing research and project management tasks necessary to plan, execute and report research findings to cross-functional teams.
Assists manager with planning and executing a variety of internal client projects, supporting Loyalty, Digital Platforms, Off-Premises Dining, and Marketing
Leads and assists in the design of research studies, the analysis of research project data sets and preparation of analyses and reports for presentation to cross-functional clients and Senior Leadership.
Identifies and synthesizes industry, consumer and competitive trends, and develops presentations to communicate findings with organization.
Manages Outback & Carrabba’s Express customer satisfaction measurement and socializing of results.
Oversees research interviews, field management, and materials support for Outback in-restaurant testing.
Manage and execute consumer/employee taste tests in partnership with product marketing and R&D.
2-4 years of marketing research experience required.
Previous experience in marketing, branding, positioning, or marketing strategy for a food service, retail or consumer products organization
Displays a general understanding of various research methods (quantitative and qualitative) and how they can be used to address business questions
The ability to thrive in an Agile work environment with shifting timelines and priorities is a must
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience with a quantitative survey tool (such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics) is required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Market Research is required.
MBA or MMR, preferred.
