The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is looking for positive, dedicated individuals to join our front desk customer service staff. Positions available are part-time weekday and weekend afternoons. This is an entry level position.
Front Desk Customer Service responsibilities include:
Assisting customers in person and over the phone with registration.
Assessing customer needs and providing accurate information accordingly.
Maintaining and balancing register drawer, including cash, check and credit card transactions.
Guest check in. Qualifications:
Must be familiar with basic computer skills (Internet, Email, Keyboard and Mouse).
Typing speed of more than 30 wpm.
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets preferred.
