Are you a data entry wiz looking for a position where you can truly make a difference? We are looking for an eCommerce Order Associate to join our dedicated, experienced, and talented team here at Eurø Style.
At Eurø Style, we have an eye for modern furniture design and talent. For over 35-years, we have been in the designer furniture business, developing and manufacturing high-quality contemporary pieces. We sell to some of the largest furniture companies in the country and on-line and have grown rapidly over the years. During this current pandemic with so many people needing to work from home and order on-line, our eCommerce business has been growing. Working at a small business, you will have the opportunity to be directly involved in the different aspects of the business, learn new skills, and share in the rewards for contributions to the company’s continued success.
As our eCommerce Order Associate you will work with 20 + customers and process daily orders efficiently and accurately. You will maintain effective communication with other individuals and departments and establish strong knowledge and understanding of order cycle with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities will include:
Processes and validates daily orders.
Coordinate routing of customer shipments to meet customer requirements.
Ensures the accuracy and efficiency of shipment related information.
Response to customer and sales inquiries in a timely matter
Provide accurate tracking information and shipping documents (packing slips, bill of lading, invoicing) to customers and internal teams.
Generate and curate inventory reports to customer needs.
Partner with the warehouse team for inventory control and accuracy.
Support customers and logistics incoming calls.
Enter replacement parts orders and assist parts pricing using our database.
Review and provide LTL bulk orders pallet dimensions for the best ship methods.
Create new order processes for new eCommerce accounts including providing new account instructions procedures and leading and training new employees on order cycle (e.g. receiving, process, ship method, tracking, invoicing)
Support eCommerce Specialist with projects such as review product listing accuracy and provide and upload product imagery to customer portals.
Your qualifications include:
Prior experience with Order Entry is preferred
Solid MS Office and computer skills, especially Excel
Quick, efficient and accurate despite interruptions
GED and office skills training/experience will make you a stronger candidate
Reliable, trust-worthy and desire to do a great job
Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Can communicate well with customers and co-workers

Based on current salary market data the median pay for this position is $15-16 per hour. We anticipate offering up to $18 per hour based on experience. This is a part-time position beginning at 20-30 hours per week with the possibility of becoming full time by the end of the year.
