What will you be doing:

The Sales Associate will be developing the USA market for the growing company. The focus will be on obtaining new customers and managing the existing customers.

Main activities will include:

  • Maintain fluid contact with customers
  • Establishing new business
  • Organizing sales visits
  • Support management of current USA customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of the commercial activities
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Customer back office care
  • Process sales forecast into supply chain needs to fulfill customer's requirements
  • Formulate sales budgets for different products
  • Formulate and propose to sales directors the sales policy, pricing, discounts, sales conditions and product promotion
  • Ensure compliance with established goals with respect to volumes of sales, distribution, exposure and recovery of credits
  • To participate in the elaboration of the budget of expenses and to guarantee its fulfillment
  • Manage the different phases of the sales operation
  • Research new forms of product presentation
  • Ensure that customer complaints are conveniently served
  • Develop and maintain a market research update (volumes, prices, local and regional participants)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and, propose, execute and control improvement plans in relation to the area that governs

The candidate will also be required to:

  • Manage secure and efficient stock levels
  • Prepare regular reports for Regional Direction

Position Profile & Skills: =

  • University degree preferably in management or technical background
  • Work experience in a similar position greater than 2 years, with personnel management ( B2B business of technical products) – Ideal experience is within the packaging industry
  • Knowledge of safety standards and hygiene/quality standards, ISO Standards
  • Knowledge of plastic injection (Not exclusive)
  • English (Spanish/Italian is a plus)
  • Current drivers license
  • Full know-how of MS Office pack (excel, power point, internet, outlook)

In addition to the base salary, the Company offers substantial commissions, and employee benefits including health care insurance and 401k plan.
