Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer order and service, technical assistance, quality, and logistics
Drive the recruitment, development, education and training of all associates
Drive the development of Operational policies and standard operating procedures
Participate in the management team to lead the operation toward the achievement of Division goals
Confer with the team members to coordinate and prioritize planning, goal setting, and measurement to objective analysis
Identify and address root causes of non-conformances within each area of responsibility
Qualifications

Degree in business, healthcare, or technology.
7-10 years of Healthcare industry experience
Medicaid servicing experience
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage within financial metrics
Detail oriented with a pragmatic approach when it comes to Operational planning and budgeting
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including: Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Hands-on and resourceful
Competitive within a highly ethical and disciplined framework
Outstanding interpersonal skills, fosters and thrives in a team environment
