Identify and address root causes of non-conformances within each area of responsibility

Degree in business, healthcare, or technology.
7-10 years of Healthcare industry experience
Medicaid servicing experience
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage within financial metrics
Detail oriented with a pragmatic approach when it comes to Operational planning and budgeting
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including: Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Hands-on and resourceful
Competitive within a highly ethical and disciplined framework
Outstanding interpersonal skills, fosters and thrives in a team environment
