Guardian Pharmacy is a fast-growing company seeking top talent. We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our fast-paced, growing team. We need someone who understands the importance of our challenges, and also has the drive to make an impact as we achieve our goals.

OBJECTIVE: Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced growing organization as a financial analysis with broad exposure to executive leadership and pharmacy Presidents. You will be able to build upon existing processes and infrastructure while utilizing your skills and abilities. Guardian is a forward-thinking company with advanced data analysis tools and capabilities. Our ideal candidate will be technically proficient with excel and other data based reporting tools including dashboards, pricing, and other related metrics. In addition, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to guide, influence and be a subject matter expert to decision makers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pricing enhancements:
OTC pricing initiatives
Pricing – maintain a file of all OTC pricing by pharmacy
Work with pharmacies to improve OTC pricing
Generic pricing enhancements
Pricing – maintain a file of all generic pricing by pharmacy
Increase dispensing fees, minimums, pricing multiples where appropriate
IV’s/supplies/clean room usage and charges
Pricing – maintain a file of all IV/compounding pricing by pharmacy
Develop a consistent IV pricing strategy
AWP/WAC pricing anomalies w/PBM’s
Potential to maximize revenue by dispensing different NDC’s to PBM’s
Limit to the top 10 by pharmacy

Price monitoring:
Monitor pricing on an enterprise level, build in back testing methodologies
Exception reporting for anomalies, dashboard reporting capabilities
AWP/WAC changes, both individually and in relation to each other

Medicare A pricing adjudication:
Maintain a MAC list for high priced AWP generics
Per diem tracking

Projects:
Market analysis - monitor pricing on a market by market basis, including competition
Price tables - analyze and repair broken price tables
Pricing conversions – acquisition, WAC, AWP

Other:
Implement levels of security for access to price tables
Acquisitions – due diligence

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required - Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
5+ years of related experience
Advanced Excel skills; SQL or other data base experience a plus
Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
Flexible Schedule Required – Full-time with some travel included.
