As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on partnering with both sales and marketing to drive lead generation by cold calling and email outreach. You will also be tasked with qualifying leads and providing sales support for the sales team while learning basic functions of an Account Executive.
Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Present our company to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Help Account Executives build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
Report to the Director of Sales/Team Lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Stay up-to-date with topics within the programmatic space and share with your team.
Maintenance and measurement of all stages of pre-sales lead pipeline.
Logging all sales activity in Salesforce.
Qualifications
0 - 2 years experience in a client communication position, ideally new client development, customer acquisition, or customer conversion.
Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management tools.
Experience in a team environment that required email and phone outreach and analyzed performance by measured results.
