This position is responsible for various projects related to the franchise business. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordination and quality control for the day-to-day activities related to contracts. Provide support and build relationships with our franchise partners. Role requires strong communication and relationship building skills, advanced level computer skills, and strong organizational skills. Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, be detail oriented, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Coordinate and quality control for activities related to contracts:
New Franchise Agreements
Franchise Agreement Renewals
Changes of Ownership
Preparation and distribution for all internal/external Franchise communications to ensure consistent messaging
Works closely with Operations and Development teams to provide daily support
Cross-collaboration with various individuals inside and outside of the department
Provide data for contract related recommendations
Management of document services, including data entry into FranConnect and file maintenance
Maintain and update databases/reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team
Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
Ability to take initiative and work within the appropriate level of independence
Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, and other employees
