FAM Construction, LLC is a joint venture between Ferrovial Agroman and Allan Myers. Ferrovial has been active in the North American transportation industry since 1999. Ferrovial's experience includes some of the largest, most complex transportation projects in the United States. Allan Myers is the largest heavy civil construction company and materials provider in the Mid-Atlantic.

Together they have been awarded the Transform I-66 Outside the Beltway project, this project involves multi-modal improvements to 22.5 miles of I-66 corridor from I-495 in Fairfax County to University Boulevard in Prince William County. The project features two express lanes alongside three regular lanes in each direction, with space in the median for future transit; corridor-wide bike and pedestrian improvements; and safety and operational improvements at key interchanges throughout the corridor.

Role Summary:
This is a entry level project manager position that has great potential to move up in our company. This role provides technical and functional support to field construction activities. We are looking for a talented Associate Project Manager who is excited about this project, confident and articulate and has a passion for delivering excellence.

Performs quantity take-offs;
Performs cost estimates;
Prepares labor schedules;
Orders and receives materials, supplies, tools, and equipment;
Processes change orders;
Recommends solutions to design changes throughout construction process;
Manages subcontractor scope of work respective to various contracts; and
Performs other duties as required.

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent;
One to three years' work experience;
Proficient in word and excel; and
Superior attention to detail.
