WHAT IS A TELESALES BRAND AMBASSADOR?
This role will engage and educate customers about the benefits of our partners' products and services, relying on state-of-the-art contact center technology and perfecting our industry-leading customer service and sales methodology. Professionally represent some of the largest, most recognizable brands and interact with hundreds of clients daily. Your primary responsibility is to learn about products, services, and customers while growing the sales of accounts you manage.
Our Telesales Brand Ambassadors are responsible for the following tasks:
Understand customers needs and convey effective solutions
Learn then perfect telesales and customer service skills
Build relationships and professionally represent our partners
Work with managerial team to improve sales process
Improve overall customer experience and drive sales daily

Other Telesales Brand Ambassador Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications
Must be proficient with basic PC skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Minimum 18 years of age
Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
