Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Executive Team, provide leadership, while maintaining the integrity of accounting procedures, records, internal controls, providing financial reporting, analysis, experience and expertise to help the Executive Team develop and implement the strategies to advance the organization’s mission and vision into the future.

Responsible for annual operating plans, analyzing profitability, financial systems integration, and developing financial resources to assist in the growth of the company

Prepare and manage the organization's annual budget. Develop and coordinate the budgeting process and timetable, synchronizing it with strategic planning and annual planning.

Work with Executive Team colleagues to develop annual financial goals for the individual divisions.

Drive excellence in financial systems and controls. Provide leadership for all financial accounting and reporting, contract pricing, tax planning and compliance, treasury management, audit, risk management, and transaction activities.

Ensure accurate reporting of monthly/quarterly/ annual financial statements, and make certain that the appropriate analysis of financial metrics occurs and is being properly considered in the running of the business

Support the CEO and Growth function in achieving high quality Revenue and EBITDA growth. Provide leadership in evaluating M&A opportunities.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

7-10+ years of progressively responsible management experience in relevant areas.

Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations a plus

MS degree in Accounting or Finance a plus

Collaborative and effective leader with ability to motivate, inspire, and influence

Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning, sales management, business and market development, and market research

Proven analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills

Enthusiastic learner and willing teacher
