Capital Management Services is a Buffalo-born group of Call Centers that works with and calls on behalf of high profile clients and financial institutions. We are adding a Help Desk / Reporting Technician to our IT department.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast paced environment and be available to work Full Time. Good communications skills are essential, as well as working knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of AS400 and Citrix.
Tasks include but are not limited to -
Completing company-wide reports hourly
Hourly phone number and recording system checks
Assisting end users with issues in the AS400 and Citrix
Handling email requests
