We currently have an opening in the Cambridge, MD store. You will benefit by being part of a smaller chain that is experiencing outstanding growth, yet have exposure to state-of-the-art retail operational practices developed by Ace’s in-house retail experts. Applicants for this position must be willing to travel to other stores within 45 minutes of the Cambridge, MD store.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is a motivated self starter to help oversee the daily operations of convenience retail hardware store. Your demonstrated leadership experience within a successful retail operation is required for this opportunity. Responsibilities include merchandising, purchasing, inventory management and staffing & training at your location. You will also serve as a role model in demonstrating exemplary customer service and coaching team members to do the same is a key responsibility. Participating in the pre-established reporting process and initiating proactive training programs are key account abilities. Good communication skills and computer experience is also required.
