- System Design
Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports to senior management team or project managers to identify and solve existing problems and clarify management objectives, using technologies in Windows, .Net, Web Services, SQL, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Visio, and JIRA.
Use mathematical modeling to evaluate company and project performance, strategizing new methods to meet evolving expectations, assisting the management team in new approaches to optimize profitability and advising the management team accordingly.
Keep track on current operation system and analyzing any problems to hinder the cooperation among company teams.
Develop test plans, test strategy, reviewing test cases and defining user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with engineer team to design server communication infrastructure, architect data models, build open source projects, and perform operation system design.
Write detailed functional and technical specifications and preparing other systems and functional documentation such as flow charts, use cases, and UML diagrams that clearly define business and systems requirements.
Perform GAP Analysis, Workflow Analysis, Systems Analysis; creating Process Flow documents, High Level Design documents.
Prepare wireframes of the application using Axure and business requirements documents.
Perform Business Requirements gathering by conducting joint sessions (JAD) and interacting with BU (Business Users).
Play an active role in quality assurance of the delivered product, focusing particularly on the functional and end-user perspective.
Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Assist management team in organizing business and improving existing policies while determining their consistency with company’s general policies, effectiveness, improvement of operational systems, information flow, organizational planning, and the implementation of new strategies for management to further increase 3Di’s operational results financially.
Document workflows, business rules and processes in parallel with design and development teams.
Track and fully document changes of functional and business specifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering.
