Every Child Achieves (ECA) is passionate about changing the world one child at a time, and through that vision, we are expanding. This position is best suited for a licensed Occupational Therapist that brings previous experience working with the birth to three population in the natural environment and is comfortable working in an extremely independent environment. Although our program offers clinical support through our e-learning library, we find that our positions are designed for more experienced and independent clinicians that thrive in this type of environment. Every Child Achieves is passionate about delivering the highest quality services through clinical collaboration, caregiver empowerment, and innovative strategies for optimizing clinical outcomes.
Every Child Achieves has found that one of the key strategies for optimizing clinical outcomes is through continuity of care and commitment. In addition, we are only seeking candidates that are able to commit to a minimum of 18-months for their caseload. Every Child Achieves caseloads range from 10 to 20 miles radius depending on the regional area. Our compensation ranges based on regional area reimbursement and previous EI experience. The range of compensation is between $34 per billable treatment hour to $55 per billable treatment hour. Please keep in mind that the higher compensation is typically tied to positions in East Los Angeles, South Los Angeles, or San Gabriel Valley and that candidates have three to five years of previous Early Intervention experience. In addition to billable treatment compensation, candidates are reimbursed at an administrative rate for drive time between consumers, documentation time, and clinical collaboration time that results in a global "billable equivalency reimbursement" between $40 to $60 per "global billable hour."
Every Child Achieves has the vision and goal of creating a collaborative and supportive environment for its team! With that being said, we offer a comprehensive benefits package focused on the health and wellness of our team members inclusive of medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, flexible spending accounts, CEU reimbursement program, paid time off, etc. In addition, Every Child Achieves is an ambassador of innovation and efficiency.
