Job Description:
The position of Systems Administrator requires an individual with diverse technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to support IT infrastructure, applications, and end user devices in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for configuring and deploying IT infrastructure, installing and configuring data information systems applications, drafting specifications, work instructions and SOPs. The Systems Administrator must often work independently to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Job Accountabilities:
· Accountable for IT systems build, deployment, support, monitoring, troubleshooting
· Author detailed design documents, installation procedures, installation and qualification tests, and SOPs
· Document, install, configure, test, and validate IT infrastructure, applications, and tools
· Comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
· Implement system changes using site and corporate change control system and processes
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure and applications
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Domain Architecture, and networking
- Strong Knowledge and experience in application support and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Virtual and physical platforms
- Deploying and configuring VMware vSphere
- Basic understanding of SDLC

Useful Skills:
· Experience with OSISoft PI
· Experience with AspenTech InfoPlus 21
· Experienced deploying and configuring network firewalls and switches (cisco FIrepower experience is a +)
Education/ Experience/ Certifications:
· Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent Experience
· Minimum 5 years IT experience
· Able to work in US
· Willing to travel at least 50%
