Project Description:
Work from home! This position is 100% remote and requires no travel. The Travel & Mobility Process Expert supports the Process team in the design and implementation of process-excellence framework to ensure processes across all areas of Mobility, particularly in Travel are effectively designed and maintained.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the documentation of new processes as needed, as well as standardization/ improvements to existing processes.
Support the design and implement a process excellence framework for global processes across the Travel program in close collaboration with leadership
Leverage previous experience from the Corporate Travel industry to identify best-practice in-house travel processes and controls and work to standardize these across the company’s Geographic Units
Manage the existing Travel Controls with Business Partners and internal leads ensuring they continue to provide value to the business and can be maintained effectively
Improve the travel data & insights available to the business in order to support in making informed decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements
Support the documentation of any process changes via clearly documented business rationale for sign off by leadership, legal, etc.
Support the review of existing local travel processes regularly for opportunities to consolidate/ remove redundant processes
Support process impact assessments of implementing any new deviations from the global travel process
Support the Process lead in the design and implement an approach to continuously identify opportunities to improve travel processes (standardization, reduced hand offs, etc.)
Manage the standardization of the travel booking exceptions process by working within the available capabilities of the travel tools and gaining buy-in from business leads on suitable standard thresholds and exceptions management/escalations procedures.
Move with agility, speed and business focus; linking in teams and driving change
Be an advocate and advisor in the support of processes, whilst listening carefully to areas which don’t work and bringing together the right teams to address issues

Required Skills:
Previous experience managing an in-house Corporate travel program is highly desirable
