Skechers is seeking a full-time E-commerce Optimization Analyst to join the Digital team located in Manhattan Beach, CA. This position is data-driven and responsible for establishing and measuring site KPI’s on an ongoing basis to help inform the business, drive a roadmap of CRO activities, provide recommendations to the UX team /digital product roadmap, while developing and presenting dashboards and reports to senior management.
As part of our focus on iterative and continuous improvement, in this role you’ll work with various teams to analyze/optimize the user experience with the ultimate goal of streamlining the customer experience and improving onsite engagement and conversion rates. You’ll monitor and provide insights related to navigation behaviors, site usability, traffic, acquisition and conversion patterns. This role is primarily responsible for the US e-commerce website; however, site improvements will be scaled globally to the mobile app and multiple international Skechers domains making it an exciting time to be part of the Skechers Digital Team!
Applicants should be well versed in GA360, GTM, Google Optimize, Monetate, Dynamic Yield, or Optimizely and familiar with CRO and multivariate testing.
Essential Job Results
Establish, track, and report on key on-site eCommerce and digital KPI’s.
Perform website conversion funnel performance and analysis.
Use various analytic tools (GA360, A/B & multivariate platforms, heatmaps, video/session replay, etc) to measure, monitor, and analyze KPIs.
Measure and monitor the adoption of new features and customer experience changes.
Manage a CRO roadmap to plan, orchestrate, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve on-site conversion rates.
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to increase and optimize user experiences, revenue generation, cost/ effort reduction and other business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Product Owner and UX team to make recommendations.
Measure and support digital marketing acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
Structure and present analysis to management and stakeholders via clear and actionable reporting and tracking.
Create monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
Implement and maintain tags via GTM.
Education and Experience
BA or BS.
Deep analytical mindset that is obsessed with tracking and improving E-Commerce KPIs.
4 years of working experience managing web analytics and delivering dashboards.
3+ years of CRO experience.
Advanced skills and knowledge of Google Analytics 360. Additional analytics tools (Data
Studio, Tableau, SQL, Excel) a plus.
Experience with one or more CRO platforms (ie. Google Optimize, Monetate, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, etc.).
Ability to communicate and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint / Keynote).
Self-starter, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Experience in UX research is a plus.
