Summary

Responsible for coordinating the total operations of food services for the Community Hospitals. Ensures budget success, productivity compliance, short and long-term planning, management of personnel, accrediting body compliance and exceptional customer service.
Provides clinical nutrition support to inpatients by providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents with special needs.
Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics with or AND (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) accepted equivalence

Licensure

Must be registry eligible, complete national registration status and meet state licensing or certification as applicable within 6 months of hire date.

Experience

Minimum of five years experience in food service or clinical nutrition supervisory or management role. Must have experience with basic software, network communication functions, electronic medical record systems, diet office software and patient interaction.

Other Qualifications

Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be available to work weekends, holidays and conduct evening public speaking programs. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Ability to perform the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, stooping and bending
