Sectra is looking for a new team member to join the Business Line Radiology IT operations department in North America. In our effort to increase customer satisfaction and enhance our ability to be proactive with customer communication, we are now looking for an additional member for the Customer Concierge team. The Customer Concierge participates in the Sectra Introductory Program. This is an effort to introduce new talent to the Sectra organization. It is a multi-year program that will introduce the necessary skills to become a productive member of the Sectra team.

Sectra develops and sells IT systems and products for radiology, mammography, pathology and orthopedic departments. More than 1700 hospitals worldwide use Sectra’s systems daily. This makes Sectra one of the world-leading companies within systems for handling digital radiology images. The company also has a core expertise in encryption technology. Within this business area we provide secure communication solutions, approved by the EU and NATO, for European government authorities, defense departments and other critical functions of society. Sectra was founded in 1978 and has its roots in Linköping University in Sweden. Today, Sectra has offices in fourteen countries and in addition operates through partners worldwide.

Main responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers over-the-phone and in person.
  • Gather information using leading questions and strategic listening.
  • Learn Sectra’s products in order to answer application questions.
  • Assist the education department with Sectra University.
  • Assist with Sectra’s web portals.
  • Assist with sales during discussions with customers.

Your profile

For this position the following requirements apply:

  • A 4-year degree in Computer Science with excellent academic record.
  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills, and have a passion for customer service.
  • Experience with basic computer skills.
  • You are structured and can build and continuously improve tools and processes.

In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:

  • Stronger academic credentials than required above.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Experience with other cultures.
  • A drive and a will to succeed with our targets and to make an impact.
