For more than 35 years, FBG has designed programs for employers to solve administrative and compliance challenges of offering benefits to hourly workers. We serve over 100,000 active participants with retirement plans ($1 billion+ in assets), major medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Solving employer burdens as they compete for, win and operate under strict state government and U.S. federal Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) “prevailing wage” mandates is our specialty. We also work with employers with large populations of hourly employees through our brand The American Worker. Our flexible easy-to-use solution saves money, reduces the employer’s workload and helps recruit and retain in-demand skilled employees.
