We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator role will be a 9am-5pm, in-person job at our offices in Midtown Manhattan.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing the physical space and assisting with digital organization. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day in-office operations for our New York hub. This includes but is not limited to:
Maintaining the company office space
- General organizational tasks such as labeling, cleaning, and storing of equipment.
- Ordering office supplies
- Upkeep of key systems (printer, kitchen appliances, doors/locks)
Coordinating shipments and inventory needs with vendors and operators
- Create and print FedEx shipping labels.
- Document the contents of outgoing and incoming packages
- Ensure FedEx shipments go out before Priority Overnight cutoff times
- Track delivery for packages sent via FedEx and SOS
Record Keeping
- Updating entries in tracking sheets
- E-Filing paperwork
- Sending documents to coworkers and clients
- Itemization of physical assets
- Testing gear
- Infrastructure assistance (Internet, AC, Power).
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with event planning processes and human resources functions is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential.
- Prior experience in film/television, or professional sports organizations is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
