THIS POSITION IS FOR 1st/2nd/3rd SHIFT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
Follows and Adheres to Company Standard Operating Procedures, batch tickets, and process sheets.
Follows and Adheres to Company Safety Policies
Operate equipment used to fill batches: Automated Pail Filling Room, scales/load cells, mixers, filling pumps, filling machines, etc.
Fill finished goods into proper containers per customer specific IDIOS and make container labels.
Operate forklift to move materials.
Participate on improvement teams and submit ideas.
Identifies potential off-quality products during the process and initiates appropriate corrective actions through established company abnormal process.
Utilizes company IT equipment such as SAP, Microsoft Access Database, & Microsoft Office to complete orders in the LPP process.
Maintains housekeeping within the production areas.
Maintains all equipment.
Perform job activities in Operations areas outside of LPP as required.
Move waste from generation point to 90-day Storage Area
Properly close and label waste containers using NPAA procedures
