Job Description

An expanding and progressive medical/ wellness clinic has openings for Patient Sales Coordinator within our sales & marketing department, for our Frisco, Coppell and Plano locations. Candidates must also be flexible in working at our Dallas branch as needed. The schedule for this position is M-F 10am - 7pm with occasional Saturdays. Recent college graduates are welcome to apply!

The perfect candidate has sales experience, is comfortable educating and conversing with potential patients, and is passionate about helping people live more active, healthier and happier lives.

Job description includes:

  • Greet and educate potential new patients on Modoma's mission
  • Perform initial consultation on potential new patients
  • Follow and document all points on the consultation Routing Form
  • Hand off/ read back to medical provider for exam
  • Educate and commit new patients to prescribed care plan from medical provider
  • Educate patient on their health insurance/ out of pocket costs
  • Set up all patient finances and treatment agreements
  • Document patient transactions digitally
  • Meet clinic goals of patients accepting care weekly/ monthly
  • Meet with patients at end of care plan - process extended care if needed
  • Work with Fitness Manager on Fitness/ Nutrition sales initiatives


  • Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Following up with potential patients that have not yet committed to care
  • Working closely with medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care
  • Collect initial payments from all new patients
  • Work with billing team on patient accounts and insurance reimbursement
  • Reporting to Patient Sales Coordinator Mgr. to review daily and weekly statistics and sales goals.
  • Make calls to patients who are interested in scheduling their initial session/exam.
  • Participate in on-going sales education training
