As the Project Analyst within Operations & Infrastructure's Business Operations & Efficiency group, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, managed, funded, and governed in a consistent and transparent manner.
Responsibilities to include
Project management through completion and transition, weekly project reporting, as well as cross-functional communication with internal and external business partners including Financial Planning, Technical Contacts, and Sourcing
As a project/program analyst-manager, you will complete technical aspects of a project while communicating status in a manner relevant to internal customers at all levelss, including executive. This role is entirely about successful project delivery while working with matrixed teams comprised of systems analysis, technology owners, operations, business personnel, and vendors and you will report to the Director of Operations & Infrastructure (O&I) Business Operations. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical project/program management role. Focus on infrastructure a plus.
Demonstrated experience with metrics-driven technical projects with direct accountability for delivery.
Experience working with engineering teams, financial planning, and sourcing organizations.
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral), from front-line engineering to executive level.
Ability to view, interpret, and manipulate data often from multiple sources
Ability to influence and lead without direct authority as well as gain trust, secure buy-in, and affect change.
Master’s degree in business analytics, engineering, computer science, information systems, or Business Administration
CAPM or PMP
Experience with SQL querying and programming
Company-wide software implementation
