A State Agency in Chelsea, MA is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in their call center. This is a fast-paced, high call volume environment, and it is a temporary position.
Start Date: ASAP pending interview and background check
Tentative End Date: A couple of months from the start date
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:45pm, 7.5 hours per day for a total of 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Phone reps will receive calls from customers and their representatives.
Phone reps will respond to inquiries and research on-line records in order to provide assistance, will summarize the customer issue, will accurately document the customer conversation, and will refer the customer to the appropriate staff member when appropriate.
Phone reps will maintain data integrity and safeguard child support enforcement information by reviewing online account information, communicating with callers, making adjustments to customer profile data, processing credit card payments and documenting activities and customer interactions to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of online case records.
