Job Description

Center City Law Firm is currently seeking Full-time and Part-time Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment in addition to working well under pressure. Must have impeccable attendance, strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask while managing their time independently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering 100-150 inbound calls from clients/referral sources each day
  • Navigating multiple software programs at one time
  • Troubleshooting issues/concerns that clients may be facing with their case
  • Educating clients on process and status of their case
  • Answering questions and advising clients on any documents they may be unclear about
  • Informing staff members of any necessary updates regarding clients, referral sources, or case statuses
  • The ability to follow clear direction
  • Other job duties as required

Requirements:

  • 1+ years working in a professional office or setting
  • 1+ years providing customer service support in a call center atmosphere
  • Must have impeccable attendance/punctuality
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • FT hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Mon-Thurs), 8:00AM-2PM (Fri)
  • PT hours: morning, midday, and afternoon shifts
  • 9-1PM; 11-3PM; 1-5PM
  • Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
  • Legal experience is Preferred
  • Entry-Mid level candidate
