About the Opportunity:
TerraCycle was founded in 2001 by Tom Szaky, then a 20-year-old Princeton University freshman, since Tom’s vision has become one of the fastest-growing green companies in the world. TerraCycle employs 150 people in the Trenton Headquarters (only US office) and another 125 people across its international offices. We're now looking for an organized and savvy team member to take on helping around the office and Tom's personal errands.

General admin (shipping packages, overnighting documentation, scanning, filing..)
Manage office initiatives (lunch program, verdant plant life..)
Manage office snack and supplies inventory
Book company travel
Work with other executive assistants to ensure smooth scheduling, travel, and task admin
Prepare CEOs multi-currency expense reports
Improve office systems (conference room management, lunch program, supplies management..)
Shuttle staff and guests to and from the train station
Manage vendors related to the office and the CEO
Coordinate and prepare for company guests and events
Run business errands (apostille runs, party prep..) and personal errands on behalf of the CEO (taking his car to the dealership, bringing in the mail to his house nearby the office)
Import business cards into CEOs contacts
Ad hoc responsibilities as they arise

4-year college degree strongly preferred
Professional admin and operations experience
Positive and warm demeanor
Good research, organization, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized even among interruptions
Ability to see two-steps ahead
Valid drivers license (MVR required), experience driving a trailer preferred
Flexibility outside of regular business hours for when cancellations come up


Salary commensurate with experience
