Complex Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Actively participate in budgeting and business planning

- Analyze pace, pickup and pricing reports

- Participate in sales and revenue discussion forums with Corporate and Hotel leadership team

- Update and manage selling strategies in all channels and reservation sources

- Oversee recruitment, selection, development and scheduling of Revenue and Reservation Coordinators

- Regularly check the input and the quality of data

- Conduct regular performance review of Reservation team

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports including monthly forecast

- Optimize RevPAR by analyzing and forecasting demand

- Actively participate in all pricing decisions for transient, group, and wholesale segment

- Responsible for the budget projection

- Provide weekly financial reports to Controller

- Maintain interfaces between all reservations systems

- Engage in e-Commerce services

- Perform audits of online content to ensure accurate information and relevant photos

- Build effective relationships with Online Travel Agencies
