We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and Marketing strategist to help us grow on social media and support various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing brand awareness and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies.
Especially interested in candidates with experience managing influencers and growing branded social media accounts organically.
Interest/knowledge in Sleep Apnea/CPAP Therapy is a plus!
This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Identify opportunities to collect and showcase user-generated content.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for product launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media management and marketing.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous B2C ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Proven track record of growing brand awareness and promoting sales on social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Ability to analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $79,191.00 - $83,877.00 per year
